Lee has a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Southern Maine, she is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Les Mills Bodypump and RPM certified instructor. Lees interest include sports conditioning, functional fitness, small group personal training and nutrition and wellness studies.

I’ve had a lifelong passion for health and fitness. I am a CROSSFIT Level 1 Trainer, Certified with ISSA as a Fitness Trainer and a Nautilus Certified trainer, I have been training clients since 1980. I believe attaining your fitness goals should be simple, but it is never easy. With the proper combination of diet and training anyone can realize huge benefits in their health, strength and quality of life. Bonnie Vadala

Bonnie brings a vast wealth of experience of fitness and health knowledge to her personal training clients.  She has been with Great Bay for fifteen years as a group exercise instructor as well as a Master Certified Personal Trainer with five certifications from the International Sports Medicine Association. She specializes in strength & conditioning, aerobics, yoga, pilates, agility, sports specific, pre-post natal, advanced personal training, and is a Sports Nutrition Consultant.  Bonnie works with clients of all ages, and abilities and her clients always see and feel results.  She tailors her routines to how her clients feel and always creates a fun, positive and upbeat experience.  Bonnie has a Masters of Science degree in Education from the University of New England and a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Peter Hubbard

Peter has over 15 years experience as a personal trainer/strength Coach.  He believes in functional training using the three basic skills as a foundation – Squat – Bench – Deadlift –  Peter’s client base ranges from Highschool football players to seniors into their 80’s.  He customizes his training programs to meet the needs and goals of each client.  Three words mean success:  Attitude Motivation Work.  As for the seniors he has one thing to say:  You have to Age, that is a process, but you do not have to grow old.  Peter is a world class powerlifter and holds several American and World Record in the bench press.
