Results Guarantee is our introductory training package that gives you guidelines to follow that ensure results. This package is offered at a significant discount to our other training packages because we know that as a new member, if you get a great start, you will get results and get the most out of their membership. This is personal training - not a generic, run-of-the-mill orientation. In your first appointment your trainer will gather important baseline fitness information, discuss your goals and, based on this information, write you a program that will set you on the path to success. In your second session your trainer will introduce you to your customized program and take you step by step through your workout. The third appointment is a follow up that gives you and your trainer the opportunity to evaluate your progress, also set some new goals and review how to reach them. Results Guarantee is such successful program in our clubs that many of our Results Guarantee members continue with personal training after their initial sessions are over.
