Registration
- Single Person Registration Fee: $30.00
- 3 Person Tri-Team: $45.00
- $10.00 Guest Fee applies to any non-member individual participating.
- Participants will be informed of their start time on Wednesday, April 21, 2010.
- The first six participants start at 8:00 a.m. and the last six participants start at 11:40 a.m. The race is capped at 72 participants [total].
- All registration proceeds to benefit the Patrick Dawson Fund.
Patrick Dawson, a 29-year old resident of Newmarket, NH was injured in a workplace accident. While installing a metal roof, Patrick was electrocuted and suffered burns to his hands and stomach. After eight weeks at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Patrick is finally home but still has a long road ahead of him.
Patrick is a part of the Seacoast Sports Clubs Family. His fiancee works at the Member Services Desk at SSC-Greenleaf and and also, one of our personal trainers at SSC-Great Bay, is an Aunt of his. Please join us in supporting his recovery!
Raffle Ticket Sales
Other donations accepted in the form of cash or check. All checks made out to the Patrick Dawson Fund. One raffle ticket per $1.00 donated will be given to be drawn at the end of the race day 50/50 Raffle. Winner of the 50/50 will be chosen first then all other raffle items will follow.
Race
[a] 15-minute SWIM [b] 45-minute BIKE [c] 20-minute RUN
To be performed in that order by a single individual or in that order by a team of two or three people.
8:00 a.m. - the first six participants start their swim in the pool. They will end all at the same time. Transition to the basketball court and choose a bike [there's a 5-minute transition time built in]. They'll start the 45-minute ride at 8:20. [there's a 5-minute transition time built in]. Finally, this group will start the 20-minute run at 9:10 and finish at 9:30.
In the meantime:
8:20 a.m. - the second set of six participants will start their 15 minute swim, etc.
8:40 a.m. - the third set of six participants will start their swim, and so on.
