Portsmouth, NH, August 5, 2009 - Seacoast Sports Clubs [SSC] announces the addition of a third facility to their family of health clubs on the Seacoast of New Hampshire.
Growing a business in a down economy can be a challenge. But when you put your money where your mouth is and offer outstanding services and programs with a neighborly smile, anything can happen.
Jon Parker, Owner of Seacoast Sports Clubs, started in 2002 with the purchase of Portsmouth Athletic Club. He renovated and has built his staff and programming to attract new members at an exponential rate ever since. In September of 2007, Jon purchased Great Bay Athletic Club in Newmarket. Branding the two clubs together has brought many benefits to the members of each to utilize the other for matters of convenience, travel or to expand their fitness goals. These two together became known as Seacoast Sports Clubs.
SSC has just now added a third facility to the family. The purchase of the formerly known, Gold's Gym in Portsmouth, has now added even more amenities for the SSC Members to access and enjoy. The three clubs collectively are now known as: SSC Downtown Portsmouth, SSC Great Bay and SSC Greenleaf.
Parker states, "Our success and ability to grow in this market has been predicated on listening to what it is our members want. People want value for the money they spend. This is why we provide a comprehensive workout experience."
Members of Seacoast Sports Clubs have reciprocal use of all three facilities. This includes over 125 Group Fitness Classes per week, a pool, four indoor tennis courts, ten racquetball & squash courts, three basketball courts, dedicated yoga and Pilates studios, a women's only workout room, childcare services, full service locker rooms with saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools and much more. All three Seacoast Sports Clubs locations have treadmills and other cardio machines and weights.
Seacoast Sports Clubs provide not only the tools, but also the programming and service to help our members reach their goals.
